  19. Final Act and its Annexes:

  21.       Pursuant to agreement reached on 15 December 1993 among the 
  22. participants in the Uruguay Round negotiations, all references to the 
  23. "Multilateral Trade Organization", or to its abbreviated form "MTO", should 
  24. be replaced throughout the Final Act and all its Annexes by the wording 
  25. "World Trade Organization" or "WTO", respectively.

  27. PART II, Annex 1A, 13 (Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures):

  29. ∙     Article 8.1(b):  substitute "2(a), 2(b) or 2(c)" for "2(a) or 2(b)".

  31.       This change formally rectifies a reference which should have appeared 
  32. in the previous version of this Agreement, as a result of the addition of a 
  33. sub-paragraph "c" to paragraph 2.
